Even having your own site dedicated to you work accomplishments, resume, projects, etc is a great way to one up another prospective person when searching for a job. But in the end I don't think the paper resume will ever fully go away. It's quick and simple to get, look at, and decipher questions to. It may not be used the same way, but all depends on the company and industry.
